What should I do to prepare for my experience?

Simply show up and we will handle the rest. Trust the process, be present, and have fun! For virtual events we recommend downloading the Zoom App and testing out your audio/video in advance. Please have a pen and paper handy.

What is the policy for late arrivals, no shows, cancellations, and refunds?

The event will begin on time, please arrive 5 minutes early for virtual events. Late arrivals may be permitted ten minutes after the start time; however, the event may be closed. We do not provide refunds or rescheduling for no shows. We do understand that things come up so you may transfer to another event up to 24 hours before the event start date without fees. You will only be charged if there is a difference in cost. Go to the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account, select your order, and click “Transfer”. Then choose “Change Event” to transfer to a different event. Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date.

How will my personal information be used?

Only other event attendees, at your specific event, may see some of your information that you provide, such as your full name. If you are not comfortable with this please register with the name you wish to be displayed. Your contact information, such as your email and/or phone number will only be displayed to those who are a mutual match.
